In some cases, yes. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains may incur an additional surcharge of $25 to $75 depending on the work required. This is always communicated to you at drop-off before we begin, never after.

No. We do not open or clean inside the glovebox, out of respect for your personal documents and privacy. If you'd like the trunk cleaned, let us know at drop-off and we'll go over what that includes.

Basic covers a full vacuum and wipe-down. Standard adds carpet and seat shampoo with extraction, steam cleaning of crevices, and UV protectant.
