Do I need an appointment, or can I just show up?
By appointment only. This lets us give every vehicle full attention with no rushing. Request a time through our booking form and we'll confirm with you directly.
Do you come to me, or do I bring my car to you?
You bring your car to us in Coopersburg, PA. We don't offer mobile service at this time. We send the exact drop-off address when we confirm your appointment.
How much does a detail cost?
Pricing depends on your vehicle size and the level of service you choose. Full pricing for Interior, Exterior, and Combo packages is listed on our Services page. If you're not sure which tier fits your car, reach out and we'll help you figure it out.
Will I be charged extra if my vehicle is heavily soiled?
In some cases, yes. Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, or stains may incur an additional surcharge of $25 to $75 depending on the work required. This is always communicated to you at drop-off before we begin, never after.
Do you clean the glovebox?
No. We do not open or clean inside the glovebox, out of respect for your personal documents and privacy. The trunk is a different story: every interior package includes a full trunk vacuum, and Deep Interior Restoration covers the full cargo area, including the spare tire well.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes, as an add-on. Every interior package includes a standard vacuum, which picks up loose hair on the surface. Hair that's woven into carpet and upholstery takes specialized tools and extra time, so full pet hair removal is a separate add-on ($30 to $50 depending on how much there is). Just mention it when you book.
What's the difference between your Interior package tiers?
Basic covers a full vacuum and wipe-down. Standard adds carpet and seat shampoo with extraction, steam cleaning of crevices, and UV protectant. Deep goes further with full steam sanitation, seatbelt cleaning, and detailing every compartment. Full breakdown of what's included in each tier is on our Services page.
What's the difference between a quick car wash and a full detail?
A car wash cleans the surface. A detail goes deeper. We shampoo and extract carpets and seats, steam clean crevices and vents, condition leather, and treat and protect every surface so it lasts. A wash makes your car look clean for a day. A detail actually removes what's built up over months and protects against the next round of wear.
