Every interior package includes a standard vacuum, which picks up loose hair on the surface. Hair that's been pressed into carpet, cloth seats and cargo liners is different: it takes specialized tools and extra time to pull out.

Where pet hair hides
Cargo areas and back seats where dogs ride, carpet edges and seat seams, under and between the seats, and cloth headrests. Seat removal for full floor access ($40) is available when hair has worked its way under the seats.
